My primary areas of practice are consumer bankruptcy and Social Security disability. However, I have also represented clients in other civil matters including child support and child custody, personal injury, and civil appeals. My passion is helping distressed debtors shed the weight of overwhelming debt in order to get a fresh start in life.

Husband appealed the trial court's denial of his petition to terminarte child support. I wrote the appellate brief for the wife. The Alabama Court of Civil Appeals upheld the trial court's decision and denied the husband's petition.
